•Information on how I do an Auction. The last day of sale is on Saturday. After 2 pm you can register to bid on any room that has items. You get everything in the room you bid on if you are the highest bidder. For example you may walk away with bed, dresser, and so forth. •We are not Responsible for Accidents.
•Cash Only!
• Please keep children with you at all times.
•Bring your own help to load items.
•I will not give prices out on social media, you must attend the sales.
•No Refunds or Exchanges.
•All items must be paid before loading.
•For large items that are too heavy to carry pull the tag and bring to the lady at the cash register.
•Please do not enter doors that are tagged as do not enter.
•All sales are final.
•You are responsible for bagging and wrapping your items.
•On Saturday the last day after the sale I will auction off room by room what is left.
•Details: Each room that has items left you can bid on it. The highest bidder will be the owner of items in that room. You will have one week to pick up those items.
