By attending and/or making a purchase at this estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be given.

PRICING & PURCHASES

Prices are as marked unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or limit a sale when necessary.

PAYMENT

Payment methods accepted: Cash and Check ($30 return check fee) Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

LARGE ITEMS & REMOVAL

Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, vehicles, tools, packing materials, and equipment for large or heavy items.

We are not responsible for loading, moving, transporting, or delivering purchases.

All items must be removed within the designated time period provided by the estate sale staff. Items left behind after that time may be considered abandoned.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS

Please do not move or attempt to remove large furniture or other heavy items without the Estate Sale knowing. Buyers are responsible for any damage caused while moving purchased items.

HOLDING ITEMS

Items may only be held according to the estate sale’s designated holding policy. An item is not considered sold until payment has been received in full.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Enter the property and shop at your own risk. The estate, property owner, and estate sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal property.

Please use caution, especially around stairs, uneven surfaces, garages, outdoor areas, tools, equipment, and other potentially hazardous items.

PROPERTY & PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please do not open, move, or remove anything that is not part of the sale. Respect the home and property.

CHILDREN

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

NO RESERVATIONS

Unless specifically approved by estate sale staff, merchandise cannot be reserved or purchased in advance.

SECURITY

All bags, boxes, and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry or exit. Theft or attempted theft will not be tolerated and may be reported to law enforcement.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the property for inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
