We accept checks, cash and credit cards with driver's license identification. 3% charge for cards.
All sales final. No returns/refunds.

No bags or baskets brought in sale
Numbers out at 8am
No assistance loading for insurance reasons. We usually have Independent Contractor movers on site or a phone call away for larger items.
Bags, boxes, wrapping supplies available until we run out - be prepared to wrap your own items.
We are not NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS to any attendee of this sale.
We PROSECUTE those carrying counterfeit bills. The police on duty at the sale will escort you away.
Sunday is Clearance Day. MOST items will be half price.
LEAVE A BID: You may leave a bid on any item priced $100 or greater. The bid must be greater than 1/2 price. BIDS ARE COMMITMENTS TO BUY. Bids are called back on Saturday after 4pm.
Pulling a ticket on an item is committing to purchase the item
