DOWN SIZING/MOVING ESTATE SALE

This established home of 60 plus years features plenty for everyone. Ethan Allen, Kincaid, Lexington and Lazyboy furnishings, including a Thomasville custom-made leather sofa. Metal glass top tables, antique marble top table and two beautiful dining tables. Lots of kitchen items and home décor, including horse and beachy things. Lamps, baskets, pictures, a table full of vinyl records and so much more.

Entry line to start at the back patio area as posted. Entry will begin at 8am the morning of the sale. HALF PRICE from 2-3pm, excluding furniture. If you would like to place a bid on any furniture, please find someone working the sell. We will consider bids of at least 50% of the asking price. If any furniture remains after the sale is complete, we will contact the highest bidder(s). Items would need to be picked up at noon on Sun., 6/30.

Please be mindful of others, especially when turning onto the road as it is narrow. Pull to the right of the house to park and be courteous to others, leaving space where possible. The area in front of the garage will be used for picking up large items and should not be used for parking. Signs will be posted to provide direction.
