All items to be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and no later than 4:00 on Sunday.
Please bring your own packing supplies and whatever assistance you may require to move and haul large items.
No early bird sales or previews. We do not give out prices, sizes and other details regarding sale items prior to the sale opening.

Sales tax is charged unless you provide a copy of your drivers license and sales tax certificate.

Fairhope estate full of great antique and decorative furniture. Chinese export porcelain, silver, eighteenth and nineteenth century ceramics, multiple china sets, linens, legos, functional stirling engine models, outdoor gear for hunting, fishing, & camping, toys, vintage rattan, and more! This estate includes indoor and outdoor furniture. There is something for everyone at this sale.
Just last night I found a 1735 plate from the Earl of Jersey's set that was made at Meissen, an eighteenth century Chinese teapot, Lalique, Tiffany, Kirk silver and much more. It's a very modern and tastefully furnished home with some museum quality smalls and furniture. The furniture includes high style contemporary and things dating back to an 1840's English burled wood chest of drawers. The painting over the Chinese altar table by Valerie Lennon of Miami and Atlanta is a stunner.
As an added bonus to discount Sunday, UAESLLC's Tommy McPherson, ISA AM appraiser, will be offering verbal fair market value spot appraisals for $25 per item from 2-4 p.m. Bring an item you have always been curious about! We look forward to helping you learn more about items important to you.
Directions via GPS are not consistent. After address release I will post directions and as always our road signs will be clearly visible.
