Limited assistance available to load your purchases, so it is recommended to bring help for any larger items. Some Larger Items may need to be picked up after hours or at the end of the sale. Not responsible for accidents. You enter at your own risk. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is; no refunds. Entry numbers issued approximately one hour prior to sale opening, every person needs their own number for entry, this becomes your holding area number. Due to the close quarters, we respectfully request no children or pets. Items in the holding area are considered "Sold". Please do not pull hang tags off of large items, see a Blue Rooster representative to mark your items sold and to convey the tag to the cashier. Items from Showcases may be in a separate "Hold Box" to prevent damage; if you have been to our sales, you know how busy they can be- it is your responsibility to advise cashier if you have such items and furniture tags - we don't want you to forget your treasure and we don't want to miss selling it to you. Items are subject to being retained by the family; and in some cases, reserves placed on items. We hate to say it, but... like everywhere else, tag switching and pilferage is strictly prohibited.
