**Saturdays 8 am to 1pm we will be shuttling in and out on a continuous basis, first come first served. Follow signs, Park at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 301 Drake Ave SE, West Lot (by the Wall) for pick up; Numbers will go out 1 hour in advance. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE; we will get everyone in as soon as possible.
If you buy an item, and make an appointment for pick up; you will be granted access to shop on site at pick up. Items will be sold on a first response basis based upon time stamped TEXT; There may be reserves placed on select items. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing material for your purchases, due to shuttling requirements, entry will be limited. Limited assistance available to load your purchases, so it is recommended to bring help for any larger items. Some Larger Items may need to be picked up after hours or at the end of the sale. Not responsible for accidents. You enter at your own risk. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is; no refunds. Due to the shuttling requirements, we respectfully request no children or pets.
Sale will continue after posted dates with progressive discounting. Items placed in the hold are considered to be a "commitment to buy". All Items must be removed from premises by the end of the sale. Tags fall off, we reserve the right to price items with missing tags with appropriate market pricing.
We accept Cash, Card or LOCAL checks with proper; a Convenience fee of 3.8% applies to all card transactions (ALL DEBIT cards will be processed as "CREDIT"). Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing material for your purchases. We hate to have to say this, Please respect our Client.... NO TAG SWITCHING, and ABSOLUTELY no SHOPLIFTING

Welcome to the "35801 Marketplace Sale II", We are back in that special neighborhood again with our SPECTACULAR 2nd Appointment Sale. Firstly, thank you for your cooperation and patience with all "the rules" *** TEXT 915-276-1246 between 8AM and 8 PM ONLY with your name and number in your party to get an Appointment ** If you buy an item, and make an appointment for pick up; you will be granted access to shop on site at pick up.
