Please call/text 256-683-0956 to purchase an item that has an item number, a written description and a price with the picture. All other items must be purchased at the open house sale.
A 5%  courtesy credit card service fee will be added.  
All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received. Please do not leave multiple messages/texts, as it slows us down.  
We accept cash, local checks, debit/credit cards plus a 5% service fee. 
All sales are final. "As Is". No Returns. No Refunds. No holds without payment.
Bring help to load your items. We can not help with moving or loading items.
Bring boxes and wrap for your breakable items.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, trash cans or park on their grass. 
Any items purchased but not picked up by the end of the sale, will be donated. No refunds will be issued.

This is a great sale! There is leather La-Z-Boy furniture, as well as beautiful chairs, chests, side tables, console tables, dining tables, lamps, mirrors and more!. The kitchen is packed with lovely dinnerware, cookware and small appliances. We also have Limoges trinket perfume boxes and lots of jewelry. The three closets have lots of women's clothing, shoes and purses!! The enclosed patio has aluminum furniture with Sunbrella fabric as well as a wrought iron patio table and chair set. Get ready for spring with the yard art and raised planters!! We also have a washer, dryer and chest freezer for sale. The garage has tools, rolling metal shelves, seasonal decor and more!
