This home is located directly on Ryland Pike. Customer parking is across the street from the sale house. There will be a Police Officer directing traffic and helping customer's cross the street. The sale house driveway is only for pick ups and loading purchases. 

Please call 256-683-0956 to purchase an item that has an item number, a written description and a price with the picture. All other items must be purchased during the open house sale. 
A 4% credit card service fee will be added.  
All calls and texts will be returned in the order they are received. Please do not leave multiple messages, as it slows us down.  
We accept cash, local checks, debit/credit cards plus a 4% fee. 
All sales are final. "As Is". No Returns. No Refunds. No holds without payment.
Bring help to load your items. We can not help with moving or loading items.
Bring boxes and wrap for your breakable items.
We are not responsible for accidents.
Do not block neighbor’s driveways, mailboxes, trash cans or park on their grass. 
Any items purchased but not picked up by the end of the sale will be donated. No refunds will be issued.

This lovely one story home has three workshops with tools plus a garage with tools. One shed has lots of canning jars, vintage furniture, etc. The house is packed with furniture, kitchen items including a NAMA Juicer, a set of Homer Laughlin dishes, vintage broadcasting electronics, albums, vintage collectables & Knick Knacks, stereo equipment, vintage speakers, blue canning jars, LOTS of cast iron pans, linens, clothing and so much more!!
