This Sale IS ONLINE ONLY right Now with more photos being added each day til the sale ! We will be having a sale at this house in person on Saturday, March 8th 8:00am - 11:00am ONLY 1 day.
You can TEXT (256) 603-4198 to reserve items that are tagged with an item number and price under the photo.
When you text, please give us your FULL name and item numbers you want to reserve. Please do not send multiple messages*
We will then send you an invoice to complete your payment.
We will allow 2 hours after the invoice is sent for you to pay before going to the next person in line. There will be no more reserves taken after 8pm the night prior to the start of each day of the sale. Pickup may be arranged only during sale hours, unless otherwise arranged. ALL items left at the house after the sale is over will be donated to charity. We are not responsible for your pickup of items purchased.
All presales must be purchased by credit card (presales before we open at no extra fee). There are no refunds. All items are as is where it is. Please bring your own help to move heavy items as we do not load anything for you.
*All items that are left at the house and not picked up during the Estate sale time will be donated to charity.
*All sales are final, as is, where is. NO REFUNDS.

Description & Details

This is a 1 day only sale to finish clearing out the house of the items that were left from last sale and all the new items that we found when we cleaned out the attic. There is soooo much decor for every season of the year. We have dining room Christmas room, master bedroom fall decor room. We do have more kitchen items, toys, new in box baby items and more. We found more Lladro's, China, and other decor items. We still have a few pieces of furniture to sale.  

How we are running this sale is starting with preselling the items that are tagged with a number and price online by texting 256-603-4198 to let us know you full name and the item number of the items you would like to reserve. Loose ends by MJ with text you a invoice to be paid to square account to hold the items.

Then Saturday morning we will open at 8:00-10:15 to sell everything at 1/2 price.

At 10:15 we will close down the house for 15 minutes to clear the house out of people and we will open at 10:30 with our box deals of $5 for items that are not 2 part tagged (which those items will be 75% off). You can come back as many time as you like to fill up boxes. Rule is:

YOU have to bring your own box

You have to be able to carry your box out of the house by yourself, NO HELP

the item have to fit in the box.
