All items not sold on Friday will be ½ price on Sat. One name per number on sign up list. Cash or check with i.d. All sales final & all items sold as is where is.You must remain after signing list or your name is removed. Name stickers may be used for any items you cannot carry. Treasure Chest is not responsible for accidents. Sales receipts & bags will be checked when leaving. Offers will be accepted on any items priced $50.00 or more. Offers must be more than ½ of original price. Offers are opened at end of the first day and winners are notified that evening. These items must be picked up by 9 am on Sat. or will be resold. Treasure Chest is not responsible for packing, moving or loading. Our workers are unable to load furniture so make arrangements for loading & moving. We have only a minimal number of boxes so it is suggested you bring your own packing supplies.

This is the estate of Shirley Milligan. She was the executive assistant to Wynton Blount, and was the President of Jubilee for several years. She acquired many items from the Wynton Blount Foundation, and art from the Wynton Blount Collection. The sale is limited to 3 large rooms (living room, dining room, and den) and a large covered patio, however the amount of items in this sale is enormous. There will be a second sale in several months to accommodate all of the items in the rest of the house and attic.
