This is another exceptionally nice sale in a beautiful home that is soon to be for sale. The 4 bedroom home is full of beautiful furnishings as well as a three bay garage full of lots of 'smalls'.  

Just a few of the items being offered include a very nice curved sectional sofa; pair of upholstered chairs with matching ottomans;leather recliner, several beautiful antique side tables; large dining room table with 8 chairs, china cabinet, very nice sideboard, curio cabinet, a small server and an antique Empire china cabinet; the living room has a beautiful vintage French style sofa with matching chair, end tables and coffee table; a formal secretary, beautiful chest; pair of chests (spaced throughout the house; a sum room full of chairs, tables, and table and chairs; kitchen has a very nice glass top with iron base table, a large server and a large baker's rack; bedroom furniture includes a king size iron bed, matching side chests, dresser with mirror,  pair of upholstered chairs and a iron and glass top table; there are three decorative stools; a round ottoman; a mahogany queen size Chippendale bed, small chest and a large entertainment center with side bookcases; office includes everything needed for an office including mahogany bookcases, pair of chairs; lawyers bookcase (two sections); a bedroom upstairs with a double bed, dresser and mirror, chest, pair of nightstands.  The fourth bedroom has been converted by us to house Christmas- as well as a smaller room upstairs to hold more Christmas including two large trees, wreaths, a large collection of Byers Carolers, vintage ornaments, and much more.

Miscellaneous items include two beautiful mirrors; a gorgeous vintage Waterford chandelier (signed in several places), a sterling 5 piece in the Strasbourgh pattern by Gorham; lots of silverplate including a collection of Christmas bells by Towle, Kirk and Steif, Reed and Barton; tea service,several sets of china including Lenox, Villary and Bach, Johnson Bros, crystal, some art glass; sevearl rugs; a large collection of beautifully framed decorative fans in the Victorian style; art includes many beautiful framed prints by European artist MaryRose Wampler and several wonderful prints by Jay Ashurst, a member of the family.  Jay's art is outstanding-one being in the Smithsonian Institute. His art features military planes, ships, and local country scenes. There are three paintings- two early ones by Richard Folmer and a still life by Mary Virginia Fuller. 

The three bay garage is packed with a few pieces of furniture, a large collection of nice bric brac and a walk in room full of tools. We also have a washer and dryer by LG, two Amana refrigerators and a Sears upright freezer.  There are women and mens clothing, shoes, and costume jewelry.
