You only can reserve items that are tagged with an item number and price underneath the photo. Please give your full name (we cannot invoice you without your name), and the item number of the item you would like to reserve that is posted on the photos. We will text you an invoice back to pay by credit card if the item is still available. All pictures are now uploaded and complete for your early pre-sale shopping.

We will allow 2 hours after the invoice is sent for you to pay before going to the next person in line.
There will be no more reserves taken after 6 pm the night prior to the start of each day of the sale. ALL items left at the house after the sale is over will be donated to charity. We are not responsible for your pickup of items purchased. If they are left after the sale is over the Items will be donated to charity. So, make sure you pick up the items you reserved.
All presales must be purchased by credit card (presales before we open at no extra fee).
Please bring your own help to move heavy items as we do not load anything for you.
