FRIDAY NIGHT ESTATE PREVIEW PARTY 6 PM to 8 PM - $20 Admission, if you wish to prepay you can use the QR Code in the last picture. Side gate facing the post office will open at 6 PM. Purchases can be made at the preview sale at full price. Refreshments will be served at the preview party. We will also have a professional mover on site that will be available to quote moving your large items.

The regular sale will be from 10 AM till 4 PM on Saturday and 1 PM till 4 PM on Sunday. Numbers will be posted at the side gate facing the post office at 6 am the Saturday of the sale. PLEASE NOTE THAT NUMBERS WILL NOT BE POSTED THE NIGHT BEFORE!!!!!! Do not enter the gates before the sale you will be asked to leave. Sales Tax will be added to all sales. Full Price from 10 AM - 12:30 PM, closed 12:30 till 1:00 for lunch, 25% off after 1:00 PM on Saturday and half price of the original sticker on Sunday. Written offers are accepted the first day on items priced $100.00 or more. The written offer must be at least 60% of the asking price and the person with the highest offer will be called at the end of the first day by 7:00 PM. Please bring your own packing boxes and materials. We accept cash, checks, venmo and major credit cards. Credit Card purchases are charged a 5% processing fee. ALL CHECKS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Driver's License number, home, cell & work number. There will be a $40.00 fee for all returned checks and the buyer will have 5 days to make them good or they are turned over to the Bad Check Division of the State of Alabama. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are NOT responsible for accidents NOR is the home owner. BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD. WE DO NOT DELIVER. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE unless arrangements have been made with either Gary or Catherine.
