Terms

For an enjoyable sale, we respectfully request that you observe the following:
*The sale begins at 9:00 am with NO early entry.
*Payment by cash pre-approved check. Credit/debit card charges incur a 3% surcharge.
*Most, but not all items, will be 50% the 2nd day of the sale.
*This sale is likely to be well attended. To help avoid congestion, no large handbags, shopping bags, baskets or boxes will be allowed inside the house.
*To hold a large item for purchase, see a sales associate. No customer stickers are allowed.
*Please bring your own loading help, boxes and packing materials.
*Receipts will be provided for all purchases and are subject to review upon exit.
*We are not responsible for accidents.
*No pets, food or smoking please.
*There is no access to restrooms on site.
*All parking is on the street. Please observe any no parking signs and do not block driveways or other cars. The circle driveway is for loading only.
