By attending or participating in our estate sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final:
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Payment Methods:
We prefer the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Cards (if applicable). We will accept Cashapp onsite if less than $10.
No cash or personal checks.
3. Pricing & Discounts:
Prices are firm on the first day unless otherwise stated. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion. We do not provide price quotes in advance unless specifically noted.
4. Item Availability:
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any item listed or pictured.
5. Holds & Pre-Sales:
No holds unless explicitly stated. No pre-sales unless advertised.
6. Entry & Conduct:
Entry numbers or sign-up sheets may be used to manage crowds. Please be respectful of staff, property, and other shoppers. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone.
7. Liability:
By entering the property, you agree that:
You do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
8. Large Item Removal:
Buyers are responsible for removing large items. Bring appropriate help and tools. Removal must be completed within the designated time frame.
9. No Public Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are not available to the public.
10. Children & Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, we discourage bringing young children to crowded sales.
11. Parking:
Please park legally and respectfully. Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
12. Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be charged on all items.

There are a few very nice and heavy antiques in this sale. Please be prepared to bring enough help to remove any items you buy.
