We always prefer CASH but DO accept all credit/debit cards.
** Effective 1/1/23 there will be a small convenience fee for use of credit/debit cards.
You will be responsible for moving your purchased items and loading your own items. We do not load!
We have movers available to hire if needed at your expense. We can provide their contact info if you need this service.
You are at your own risk on the property and grounds. Please do not cross any taped off/designated no entry rooms/property sections.
We are not responsible for any accidents. All Sales Are Final! No public restrooms, sorry!
Please do not block driveways, streets, trashcans or mailboxes. Park Friendly!

Parking Instructions:
The sale property is in a gated community. Parking is outside of the gates only. It is a short walk inside the gates to the property. Gates will open 30 minutes prior to sale start time. You may park on Lee Lane, side streets, or in the church parking lot across the street. Vehicles allowed in gates for loading of large items only!! We appreciate your help to follow the rules for this sale.
