Easy to find located behind Mercy Hospital off 74th Street. Turn west on Riviera Drive then first left onto Riviera Circle. House is at the end of the cul-de-sac. There will be no parking in the cul-de-sac as it will be for turn around and loading only! Do not block drives, mailboxes or trash cans. Friday is trash day!!

Join us for part #2 of the phenomenal treasure hunter Estate Sale at 2612 Riviera Circle Ft Smith - on Thurs. Feb. 19th, Friday Feb 20th and Sat. Feb 21st. Opening at 9am daily.

This continues the sale of the collection and storage for Bob Rice, a Ft Smith antiques dealer. We have restocked the main floor with all new inventory and will open up the downstairs and back carport area. These pictures can not do it justice. There is sooooo much!

Chalk full of primitives, collectibles, decor, pictures, lots and lots of asst. dishes, kitchen décor, vintage toys, clocks upon clocks including parts and pieces, Razorback items, antique books, lots and lots of quilts, barrister bookcases, primitive cabinets, end tables, watch maker desks, ribbon cabinet, advertising items including lots from Ft Smith, old signs, ephemera galore including magazines, phamplets, postcards, photos, and more! Fishing, rockers, wardrobes, roll top desks, antique beds, lamp vintage clothes, hats and purses, household, linens, scouting pieces, razors, ashtrays, old signs, so many things to repurpose, including clock parts which would be great for steam punk creations, and so much much more!

We may have to limit the number in house depending on the crowd, even with opening the lower level. It's crowded with items everywhere. Please be patient and we will do our best to get everyone in as soon as possible.

No early sales, previews, or price quotes. No public restrooms. No strollers. Cash or card, Venmo or cash app accepted. Bring your own muscle to load your items. We can not help. Bring your own boxes and wrapping especially for breakables.
