• Enter property and grounds at this Estate sale at your own risk. The street to access the estate is narrow, However, it has both an entrance and exit off of Lakeshore Drive.
• Watch your children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
• We do not load or move any large items that you purchase.
• Bring your own movers or helpers to pick up items you purchase.
• We accept Cash or Local Personal checks with Valid ID (Drivers License) upon approval only.
• All Sales are Final. No refunds or returns.
• No public restrooms in private homes.
• We may limit the number allowed at one time to the home.
• Please stay home if you are feeling ill, have Covid related symptoms or are medically high risk.

Long time residents of Hot Springs have relocated locally and with the move have chosen to part with some of their collections and hobbies.
The lady of the house is a talented seamstress, collector of costume jewelry. and creative designer of beaded jewelry. The gentleman of the house custom built his workshop on the property where he has enjoyed wood working, and other projects.
A retired Pharmacist, the owner has also included his large collection of Pharmaceutical memorabilia.
This delightful estate contains contents of the primary home, the double garage, and also the contents of the separate workshop.
A detailed listing of items, along with pictures will follow.
We have unpacked the attic over the garage and found it was filled with delightful Christmas items and decorations.
Including: (A huge collection of Dept. 56 houses.)
We also have a Large and unique collection of Watermelon themed items {salt & pepper shakers, assorted serving dishes, Just about any item that caught the eye of the watermelon enthusiast.. Many items are quite collectible!
This family enjoyed living on the lake. The 14ft MonArc Aluminum Canoe is for sale also. The owner says, "We bought the canoe for the grandchildren to use".
It has been cared for and is in good condition.
