We will accept most forms of payment with the exception of a personal check. If you are paying with a credit card then please expect to pay an additional 3% fee (no additional fee for cash,
zelle or venmo payments). Please ask about delivery for larger items that we can deliver within Maricopa County for a reasonable fee depending on the item and location. Please bring help for loading large or heavy items.
We are not responsible for accidents and some of the sales we host can have alot of steps, we try to mark all the steps with caution tape but please be careful and watch your step and please be kind and courteous to the other shoppers around you, Thanks.
When coming early you must stay at the sale after you put your marker down. You can place your marker down and go to your vehicle to wait. If you leave the general area in your car then you lose your place in line unless you have more than one in your party and at least one person stays at the sale until you return. Basically you cannot leave a marker down then leave to get something to eat or go home and rest and expect your marker to still be down. If we don't remove it then other people in line probably will and we will take the side of the people that stayed at the sale in the line or in their vehicle. Thanks for understanding!

This is the background story why we are having this sale.
Pearl and Randy attended our estate sales regularly as well as many other estate sales almost every weekend for the past 20+ years. Many regular Estate Sale junkies in the west valley probably knew Pearl and Randy. Both Pearl and Randy accumulated such a huge collection of vintage and antique items as well as everyday household, furniture, art and decor. Unfortunately Pearl passed on to be with her Lord in August leaving Randy more than he can handle. He reached out to us to host an estate sale for him and we are more than honored that he chose us to host this sale. There are so many items in this home and a huge variety of collectibles and everyday household items.
Nice collection of Mid Century Swung glass vases and a very rare pair of beautiful blue swung glass candle holders plus other mid Century pieces.

Tons of jewelry including some Native American pieces. Tons of Holiday Decor mostly Christmas and Halloween but also some Easter and other holidays. There's also a large taxidermy collection. There's also tons of Western art and decor. There's also a garage full of high quality tools including some Snap On and other tools of that high caliber and other garage, camping and outdoor related items. There's so much in this home that we can't fit into words or even get pictures of. So much that we will be hosting a 4 day sale on this one starting Thursday and ending on Sunday. There's so many nice collectibles including a massive amount of lead crystal and other glass and small trinkets that there's no way we can display and price it all in the available space we have in the home so will be selling a large number of grab boxes and bulk bags of costume jewelry, they will be priced per box or bag with nice items at a great value inside. As usual we price to sell on the first day but we will have our regular discounts on the second and third day and we will be having 60% off on the final day. This will be an epic sale for Pearl and we look forward to it. We hope to see everybody there, our regulars and new faces too 😁
