This will be a great Sun City Festival sale and well worth the drive. Keep in mind the speed limit is 65 if you are coming from Surprise or Buckeye. We haven't begun the set up, however this will be a well organized pristine home. There are antiques, collectibles, furniture, kitchen items, home decor, patio items, garage items, holiday items and much more!! Everything is in great condition and appears to be well taken care of.
