This is a great Sun City Festival sale and well worth the drive. If you are coming from Surprise, Festival is approximately 12 miles west of the 303, however it is a quick drive on the north side of the White Tank Mountains. If you are coming from Buckeye, get off I-10 at Sun Valley Parkway. It is approximately 15 miles and it is quick drive on the west side of the White Tank Mountains. This is a meticulous, well organized, pristine home. The owner kept everything in unbelievable condition and was unusually very well organized. There are collectibles, beautiful furniture, kitchen items, home decor, patio items, garage items and much more!! Everything is in great condition and appears to be newer and well taken care of.
