- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

Join us for an incredible four-day estate sale in the beautiful, gated community of Palo Verde in Sun Lakes! This sale features a lifetime of collecting with something to discover in nearly every corner! Highlights include a 1949 Harley-Davidson Servi-Car, an extensive collection of Native American and Southwestern art and collectibles, original signed artwork, antiques, lots of tools, a Winchester gun safe, and an impressive mix of vintage and contemporary furniture, including pieces by Vladimir Kagan and Restoration Hardware. You’ll also find kitchen-wares, housewares, clothing, tons of decor, and plenty of unexpected treasures throughout the home. Whether you’re a collector, reseller, decorator, or simply love finding something unique, this is one sale you won’t want to miss!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Dates and Times: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday August 27th – 30th, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily
- ***Location: Near S. Alma School Rd. and E. San Tan Blvd. The exact address will be posted here at 5:30am the morning of the sale. Please note that this is a gated community, and the gate will not allow entry before the sale begins at 8:30am. If you arrive early, the Basha’s shopping center at Riggs Rd. and Alma School Rd. is a convenient nearby place to wait***
- Limited Space: Due to space constraints, we may need to limit the number of shoppers inside at one time. We also will only have one cashier - please be prepared to wait
- Furniture and Large Items: Bring help to move furniture. Some large items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours, please plan accordingly
- Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
- Condition of Items: All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges
- Packing Materials: Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials
- Sales Tax: 6.3% sales tax will be added to all purchases. If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your current Arizona reseller license (TPT). No exceptions
- Payment: Cash and cards accepted. No holds unless paid in full
- First Come, First Served: No pre-sales (unless marked) or early entry. Come early for the best selection.
- Parking: Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways!
