Large items as well as high dollar items may be eligible for presale up to 48 hours before the sale opens. That means, presales CLOSE at 48 hours before the sale opens. This weeks sale takes us to S. Chandler in the Solera Complex. Some wonderful finds will be presented in this small, but classy, sale.

Let us start with the magnificent set of Adnet Hemes Style "Equestrian Ranch" Coffee and End tables. These sets seldom come up for sale and rarely in this almost perfect condition. This is a designer set sure to please any discriminating buyer.

The golfing aficionado will be pleased with some unusual items. First is the collection of golf balls, complete with displays. A vintage hand carved wooden duck crafted by artist Clyde Hashhagen, originally belonging to Sam Snead, adorns the office. You will find a full set of Calloway X-20 clubs with bag and a white hot putter in the second bedroom. Don't forget the 2006 Yamaha YDRE golf cart in the garage. It has been upgraded to a simple 110v plug in recharge. No large converter box to lug around. Note: Bill of sale only, no title, course use only.

Moving to other rooms, you have full Samuel Furniture "Aspen QA Series" bedroom sets and office units.Large Sofa sized hand signed Kathy Finley photographs. There are not one, but two, Rene Cazares suede chairs and ottomans. Sunbrella outdoor furniture and a large 6 person patio table with chairs rounds out the furniture departments.

Of course, we have smalls as well. Crate and Barrel, Pampered Chef, Pier 1, Pottery barn and other great brand names are available.
