3) You break / damage, you buy at posted price...as such please ensure any children under 13 are with you and supervised at all times.
4) Please do not show up before or after posted sale dates & times. Individuals who don't respect this will not be allowed at future sales.
5) We cannot assist with disassembly, moving, or load of objects. We can loan moving blankets to assist with removing large items from a property to
protect the item & property.
6) Sales Tax charged per AZ State Law.
7) We do not hold items unless you are still on property and they are place on our holding table.
8) To hold items and leave property, they must be paid for in advance and a Ask Anna employee had to agree to holding the item for only the hours of the
Estate Sale otherwise you forfeit your purchase as soon as you leave the property or the agreed upon hold time expires and we will keep funds and
resell the item.

This is a unique TWO WEEKEND SALE Thur, Fri, Sat, & Sun EACH WEEKEND!

There is so much inventory we couldn't prep it all in one weekend. We will rotate the inventory to ADD NEW ITEMS so be sure to come by both weekends! We will be updating pics as we get more things set up...so check back often.

Part of it is a traditional Estate Sale with some used clothing, furniture, kitchen and household goods. HOWEVER...this client needed to move out of state and couldn't bring their existing Poshmark business with them. As such they are liquidating their inventory which is nearly all new & unused. Perfect for resellers to get a bulk deal.
