You must enter community on Clubhouse Dr from the east side of Pebblecreek Pkwy which is 1/2 mile south of Indian School Rd and check in with guard. GPS IS MOST LIKELY INCORRECT. Do not attempt to enter community from any other gates. Please note the guard will not let you in the community until the sale starts at 10:00am. Credit cards, cash and Zelle accepted. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold as is, no returns. Pebblecreek is guard gated but it is easy to get in. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales or give pricing over the phone. Please do not block driveways or mail boxes. Pebblecreek is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. Please keep in mind we are usually pricing up to the day of the sale and adding photos as we go. Our sales are very organized and we are really flexible.

We have 2 sales this weekend in Pebblecreek. This sale is Friday and Saturday on the Eagle's Nest side east of Pebblecreek Pkwy and the other sale is on the Tuscany side west of Pebblecreek Pkwy on Saturday and Sunday. Remember, this sale is near an exit gate so GPS could be incorrect. Make sure you enter off Pebblecreek Pkwy on Clubhouse Dr going east and check in with the guard.
