Go south from W Indian School Rd to Clubhouse Dr., turn left (east), check in with guard. (Guard will give you directions if needed). Continue on Clubhouse Dr to Robson Circle, go right (east) to N 150th Ave, go left (north) to W Fairmount Ave, go left (west) to N 150th Dr, go left (south). Estate sale is on the left. Please do not block driveways of mail boxes.

Any valuables are kept off site until the day of the sale. All items sold as is, no returns. Pebblecreek is guard gated but it is easy to get in. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales or give pricing over the phone. Please do not block driveways or mail boxes. Pebblecreek is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. Please keep in mind we are usually pricing up to the day of the sale and adding photos as we go. Our sales are very organized and we are really flexible.
