You’re responsible for wrapping and packing your own purchases.
All sales are final—items are sold as-is, no returns.
Cash is happily accepted. Swing by the ATM and get lots out.
Buyers must load and haul their own items. For large furniture, pickup may be arranged during sale hours. Sorry—our volunteers can’t be your moving crew.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Nope—all sales are final, so check carefully before you buy.
Q: How do I pick up a large item?
A: Bring a vehicle, bring muscle, and bring patience. If you need to come back later, we’ll give you a receipt and you can return during open hours. No delivery service provided.
Q: What if I show up cranky?
A: You might make the checkout lady cry. Nobody wants that on their conscience.
Q: Will more be added?
A: Yes! We’ll post updates as new items are sorted and priced. With multiple estates combined, there’s always something new showing up.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We’ve got you covered — literally! Everything’s under large tents, so come shop comfortably no matter the weather.

This isn’t your average yard sale — it’s a six-month treasure hunt brought to life! We’ve combined multiple estates into one giant, tent-covered shopping adventure. Think of it as a thrift store, estate sale, and treasure hunt all rolled into one — minus the long lines and bad music.
You’ll find a little bit of everything (and probably a few things you didn’t know you needed until you see them):
