- We do respect line markers.
- Please do not block any driveways and be mindful of the surrounding neighborhood.
- Aggressive shoppers will not be tolerated.
- Be prepared to package your own purchases.
- Archeology Estate Sales, LLC, and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents.
- Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 8.1%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

Q: Do you allow any pre-sales or pre-views before the official opening day?
A: No we do not, unless marked in the description of the item photo. We strive to bring the best experience to our customers. Everything that a client allows us to sell will be available for purchase to the public on a first come first serve basis.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Please note that all items are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.

Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.
