Terms and conditions for A-1 Auction online auction. 

By registering to bid on any item, Bidder accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and specifically acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract. If Bidder does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, Bidder is not authorized to register, bid on or purchase any item. All registered bidders have agreed with and are bound by all terms and conditions of A-1 Auction, LLC. 

All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of conditions made. Bidders are responsible for condition and authenticity of item and rely on their own inspection or information of items before bidding. 

It is the bidders responsibility to inspect the items before bidding to determine the condition, authenticity, value or any other information needed for the item. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect all items they are bidding on without solely relying on the description made by A-1 Auction, LLC. A-1 Auction, LLC will do their best in describing the item but makes no representation other than our opinion. It is the bidders sole judgment of the value and authenticity of the item. A-1 Auction, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, any warranty implied by course of dealing, or any other warranty, whether created by statue or by the common law. 
Any Certificate of Authenticity in the written description of the item is to inform the bidder of information that accompanies the item and is in no way a guarantee of the validity of the information on the Certificate of Authenticity. It is the bidders responsibility to look up the validity of the Certificate of Authenticity by the company it was issued from.  No refunds will be given due to disputes over the validity of information contained on a Certificate of Authenticity. 
Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items in person before placing a bid. All measurements, dimensions and sizes listed are approximate. All items are sold as “USED” & "AS IS-WHERE IS"items. Unless otherwise stated in the description- I.E. New in box, working, 14k, sterling. 

The Bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. If the bidder is unsure, the bidder should inquire or not bid. When the bidder becomes the winning bidder at auction the bidder has effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which the bidder was evidenced to be the successful bidder.
A-1 Auction, LLC will do their best in photos and description to relay the condition of the items but some blemishes or descriptions might be left out. 

Any conditions stated by A-1 Auction, LLC is a courtesy for our customers and not a fact. 

Bidders who are out of state or bid solely online forgo previewing the merchandise and understand that they are bidding base on their judgment of the item. A-1 Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description. 

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and that they may not return any item. There are no returns or refunds. 

All bids are final. All bids placed are final. As a company policy, we do not retract bids as it messes with the integrity of the auction. If you default on payment or have your high bid removed for any reason, you will be liable for any difference in sale price between what your high bid was, and the final sale price of the lot.

Bidder agrees to receive email and other mailing correspondence from A-1 Auction.

Payments: 
Bidders must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card to register for and participate in our auction. When registering for an account, there is a $100 soft hold to confirm available funds. 
A-1 Auction, LLC only accepts bids from the United States and Canada.
Please ensure your payment and contact information on file is correct, current & valid, and able to cover the entire invoice purchase price.
We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. Sorry, no checks. Large amounts, totaling more than $3000 will need to be paid by wire transfer. 
No phone payments will be accepted. 
A 23% buyers premium will be added to all invoices. 
Sales tax of 8.6% will be added to all invoices unless a resale license and Arizona tax exempt form is completed and emailed to the auction house. 
Items purchased with a credit card or debit card will require presentation of a photo ID or Driver’s license at time of pickup. The name and address on the credit card must match the name and address on the bidder account. 
All invoices will be charged when the auction is closed. 
Items that are not picked up within 7 days of the auction closing will be forfeited- including any money paid towards that item. Items will be consigned and charged 50% and the proceeds will be mailed to you at the address on file. We do not want to have to resell your items so please pick them up or make other arrangements (shipping). 

Bidder agrees that upon processing a credit card, debit card or other bank card, such payment shall be immediate and irrevocable, and Bidder shall not dispute, challenge or reverse any such payment or charge.

Pick up: 

2 DAYS ONLY: Friday and Monday following the auction closing on Thursdays. Pick up time is from 10am-4pm. Note: Sometimes pick up dates may changed please review description for pick up days for each auction. 

 Please call if gate is closed during pick up times & we will open the gate. 

Loading, transportation, and any required disassembly of items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide tools for disassembly or assist with moving heavy objects. Please bring any necessary packing materials as supplies are not available or provided.

We require written permission for all third-party pick-ups on a buyer’s behalf. Email us at a1auctionphoenix@gmail.com to request a substitute pick-up person in your place.

Bidding

The auction will close at a rate of 3 lots per 2 minutes. If a bid is place within an item's closing 2 minutes, the lot will automatically extend back to 2 minutes until there are no additional bids.
A-1 Auction is providing internet bidding as a service to the bidders. Bidders acknowledge that sometimes the bidding platform may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against A-1 Auction or anyone else if the internet service, bidding software or any other service pertaining to the bidding platform fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Bidders are encouraged to leave their max bid 24 hours before the auction starts to close. If the auction is interrupted for any reason- A-1 Auction reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or change the time of the auction to accommodate the time missed. 
In the rare case, an item has a reserve, whether it be a private or stated reserve, A-1 Auction, LLC may implement such reserve by bidding on those specific items on behalf of the seller.
The auction reserves the right to reject a bid. 
Do not share your login or bidding information with anyone. 
Shipping Process: 

All in house shipping and handling charges are to be paid by the bidder and all packages must include insurance and a signature confirmation. 

A-1 Auction, LLC will provide in house shipping on most items, however, some items A-1 Auction, LLC will not ship. 

All items must be paid for in full before shipping is processed. 
A-1 Auction, LLC will automatically charge the card on file for the shipping and handling fees.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover all costs associated with shipping regardless of expense. An online shipping calculator can be found at https://goshippo.com/shipping-calculator  
If shipped in house, we will update your existing invoice with any applicable tracking numbers and the total cost of your shipping & handling fees; and your credit card on file with our company will be charged when your items are prepared for shipping. Tracking numbers on your invoice will not become active until the balance is paid in full and your packages have been released to the carrier.

Items will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers at auctions discretion. 

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated with the carrier’s shipping costs, any applicable insurance, and signature fees, plus a handling fee to cover supplies including bubble wrap, boxes, packing materials, and delivery to the carrier.

Bidder will receive a tracking number once the items are shipped.

Any items with shipping requests will be prepared for shipment or delivered to a third-party shipping company within 7 business days of payment at auctions discretion. 

Any issues with the delivery of your shipment (shipped in house or otherwise) must be taken up with the carrier listed on your invoice.

In the case we do not ship the item then you will need to contact a third party shipper. We have provided one but you can have any company you would like ship your items.

Shipping Restrictions:

Ivory and other animal products will not be shipped. 
Ammunition will not be shipped- Local pick up only.
