Cash only preferred – please bring small bills.
You enter the property at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents.
Security cameras may be recording throughout the property.
Not all items pictured may be available at time of sale.
No pets allowed.

��️ Shopping Guidelines
No food, or drinks allowed inside the home.
If there is a line, only a safe number of shoppers will be allowed inside at a time.
Please do not remove tags from items. If you're purchasing an item, staff will provide a hold tag with your name.

�� Payment
Cash accepted (small bills appreciated)
Credit cards accepted with a 3% surcharge (if internet connection is available)
Venmo and Zelle also accepted
Checks accepted only from pre-approved buyers
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless valid tax-exempt paperwork is provided

�� Item Handling
Bring your own packing materials, tools, and boxes
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchased items
Our team cannot assist with loading or moving

�� Delivery Options
Professional movers are available for hire (separate fee)
Movers may assist with loading into your vehicle for an additional cost
