Payment: 1. Preferred payment is either cash or Zelle. 2. Visa & Mastercard may be accepted, with a 3% convenience fee added to the sale total.

Your Purchases: 1. All items are sold “As Is”. 2. After you’ve taken your purchases from the estate there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges
3. You are responsible for removing and transporting your items from the estate. Bring help if you need it. 4. We will start the sale with a supply of
wrap for fragile items and bags/boxes. When our supply is gone, it’s gone. You may want to bring some with you in the event we’ve run out. 5. We
don’t deliver. However, we can give you the name & phone number for a delivery service. 5. Delivery fees are not included in the purchase
price. You pay those fees directly to the movers.

At the Sale 1. Do not block driveways & be courteous of others. 2. You are entering an unfamiliar home. Please watch your step and use
caution, This house has a sunken living room and several places where there is either a step up or down. We don't want anyone to be
injured but....... 3. By entering the sale, you agree that neither the Estate nor the sale staff are responsible for any accidents or injuries that may
occur. You assume full responsibility for anything that may happen to you while you are on the property. 4. Shop lifting will not be tolerated. We
may use any security measures we believe are needed, including: video surveillance & recording, alarm systems, and use of loss prevention staff.
4. High value items such as jewelry, coins, or weapons are never left in the home 5. While this sale is open to the public, we reserve the right to
refuse admittance to someone and/or to ask someone to leave the property immediately. 6. Sale hours. If we are ready, we may open the
doors a few minutes early. In order to close on time, 15 minutes prior to the posted end time we will begin directing shoppers to the check out
to complete their purchased.
