This week we are having a sale in the beautiful community of Anthem Country Club. It's a gorgeous multimillion dollar estate that has just sold and many of the beautiful and prized possessions of the owners are available for sale. We will have some of the most amazing pieces of the furniture pieces displayed here - from custom Robert Michael Design fabric beige sofas, to Robb & Stucky sectional, to a Lazy Boy recliner, to Bernhardt deisgner tall dining table with matching tall counter studded dining chairs, to 100% wool rugs in different sizes from Ladlow's and Robb and Stucky, remaining in amazing condition - sizes from 5x8, to 9x13, to 8x10 and other. We are selling a Persian runner rug here too - measuring 4x10.
The kitchen is filled with amazing goodies. We have tons of OXO accessories, All Clad like new pasta pot, Calphalon and Lodge cast iron skillets, Cuisinart pots, brand new Aikido knife set and cleaver with accessories and cases/boxes - never used, Wine chill sets with tumblers, tons of Mikasa crystal tumblers, Villeroy and Boch pasta bowls, platters in different patterns, Sur La Table plates, Gordon Ramsay for Royal Doulton large yellow set of plates and bowls, multiple knife sets in block, as well as some great barware by Mariposa and Wilton, among others. We will have some Tiffany & Co wine glassware here as well, plus Waterford, Tudor and Gorham, as well as retired vintage Mikasa crystal.
Some of the most exquisite pieces in this household are from Aspen Home - such as the wonderful entry console/.table, along with two oversized mirrors purchased at Ladlow's. They will bring sophistication and class to any home. We have multiple bedroom sets for sale here, including a King size Aspen Home set, a King size Broyhill solid wood bed with matching end tables, armoire, and a dresser, a cottage style off white set with headboard, Queen mattress, and two different style chests of drawers, as well as another Queen size Thomasville style set.
We will be selling some clothing, hats, shoes, handbags, boots, jackets as well as costume jewelry. There are also a few pieces of semi precious stones and sterling jewelry, including a sterling necklace and matching ring. The costume jewerly is mostly by Monet, Ann Klein and similar vintage designers. There are couple of Swarovski items, including a gorgeous crystal cuff.
And let's not forget! We are selling the golf cart! This magnificent property overlooks not only the most significant peaks of the valley, but also the very exclusive Anthem Country Club golf course - and the golf cart is in running great condition! This sale is absolutely fantastic and you can't miss it. The signage within community is NOT allowed, so please mark the address and mention the address or the estate sale at the gate - please note this is a guard gated community.
