The location is Overture Arcadia, which is at the northwest corner of Thomas Rd and 61st Pl. Please park in the front of the building in one of the general parking spaces and come to the main entrance. There are signs to direct you to the unit.

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 5 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use.

This beautiful apartment home is small but mighty! The home is absolutely loaded with quality items of all sorts including original French posters and other art, furniture from vintage to newer, vintage home decor including pieces from travels to France and Italy, kitchen items galore, bedding from Pendleton and others, clothing from Eileen Fisher and boutique brands and much more. In addition, her collection of sterling silver jewelry featuring Native American to designer. We are selling her state of the art Golden Technologies BuzzAround CarryOn folding power chair which she only used for two days as well as her Pride Go-Go scooter and quality walker in a metallic aqua color.

This is my mother's home and this sale represents some of her very favorite pieces after downsizing from her home in the Chicago suburbs last summer. My sister Rachel and I (Brigid) will be in the unit and can answer questions and provide history on the items. There are lots of signs to direct you to the unit. If purchasing larger items, their removal is quite simple through the back door.
