The sale happening this weekend in Gainey Ranch is one of the most unique high end sales we have ever encountered. As the family must downsize to a smaller home, many of their treasured and collected for years possesions have become available for sale... The overwhelming amount of antique furniture, paired with many designer pieces, as well as big and small trinkets and decorative pieces of pottery or porcelain, carefully imported from England, France or Belgium will be here... We will have rushed seats dining chair and counter as well as bar chairs, tons of accent pieces, including items dating to 19th century or even earlier. 

There are vintage ink wells for sale here, as well multiple pieces of the most ornate majolica - whether it's large dog bookends, or fruit bowls, platters, as well as small or large figurines, we have antique and vintage International majolica pieces in almost every room. There will be an occasional piece by MacKenzie Childs, as well as tons and tons of colorful Droll Designs dinnerware pieces - from mugs, to plates, to fun decorative items and more. 

Even when talking about holiday decorations, they will be incredibly rare, as there are vintage 1980s hand carved and hand painted Grandpa Frost from Russia and Saint Nicolas figures from the UK, all signed as well. Some of the ornaments still have Neiman Marcus tags on them. We will be selling Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn as well as unique one of a kind pieces from Nortdsrom's, Macy's and Neiman Marcus vintage collections, not available anywhere else. 

The home has a great amount of costume jewelry for sale, as well as sterling and semi precious stone jewelry collection, by designers such as Rebecca Collins, among other famous artists, and Native American pieces. We will have oversized statement chokers, necklaces, pendants, brooches, and more, including some vintage Austrian Crystal, freshwater pearls, and more. There will be some rings, earrings, both in costume and sterling selection. 

The closet has also some fantastic options, such as designer sunglasses, designer shoes, upscale clothing, handbags, belts and more. We will even have a vintage Burberry umbrella for sale, one of the three that the owner had. The massage/excercise room is right next door and will have great massage tables for sale, as well as excercise equipment - weights, mats, kettlebells, etc. 

The patio will surprise you with gorgeous pieces of patio furniture, all in wrought iron and similar to Brown Jordan quality if not higher, all with beautiful custom cushions. We will have multiple chairs, lounge chairs, tables and accent pieces available for purchase. 

The garage will present a selection of tools, as well as benches and shelves. There will be some holiday decor here, as well as miscellanous household items, office supplies, art supplies, crafts, etc. Please note that this estate includes an art studio and art supplies of the owner, who is an artist will be presented there as well.
