Downsizing In North Scottsdale

Our parents have lived in this house for nearly 50 years, but are now being forced into assisted living and it's time to truly downsize. Dad was a mechanic/handyman, so there is a massive workshop with an assortment of power tools including:

• table saw
• router table
• drill press
• chain hoist
• air compressor
• reciprocating saws
• yard tools
• Ryobi 18v tools and batteries
• gas-powered lawnmower
• etc.

Inside the house is a variety of the normal items you'd expect to find in a downsizing situation (furniture, kitchen tools, appliances), plus some semi-luxury items:

• Many purses, including Coach and London Fog
• HP laptop with brand new battery
• Barbies
• large (3.5'x7') travertine dining table
• glass sculpture
• 12 gauge bolt action shotgun
• .45 Llama handgun

All items are available for pre-sale, feel free to make an offer.

Day 1 (Saturday) all prices are as marked or $1 for unmarked (please be honest).

Day 2 will be 50% off marked price, $.50 for unmarked. After 12pm, everything is "make reasonable offer".

We fully expect that some tags will be removed from items, so please don't try bringing an expensive item up and claim that it should be a dollar.
