All merchandise is sold “as is” and all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges after the items leave the property.
Items such as jewelry, coins & weapons are only at the property during sale hours. Any such items are brought to the home at the start of each day and removed at the close.
Shoplifting (which includes changing or altering price tags) will not be tolerated and we have taken steps to prevent it. When caught our response may range from asking you to leave to involving law enforcement.
This is a full home with lots of stuff. We may find it necessary to limit the number of shoppers allowed in the home. If that happens ,please be patient, we’ll get you in as soon as possible.
Please treat other shoppers and staff with patience and courtesy.
Do not block driveways.
Payment of Items: Cash or Zelle. Credit or debit card (not American Express) will be accepted on purchases at or above $100. A transaction fee will be added to all card transactions.
We will begin the sale with a supply of wrap and bags. When they are gone, they are gone so you may want to bring your own.
Please bring help to move & load larger items.
