- Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 6.3%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

A: Please note that all items are sold as-is. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchases.

Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

We’re back in Oakwood this week with a beautiful downsizing estate sale you won’t want to miss! This stylish home is filled with high-quality furniture, elegant décor, and practical household items, all in excellent condition. Whether you're looking to furnish a home, pick up unique artwork, or score quality home goods, there's something here for everyone.

Sale Dates & Times:
Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28
8:00 AM to 1:00 PM each day

Important Information:
– Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not park in or block driveways
– The address will be released the morning of the sale
– There is a gate, and the entrance is off of E.J. Robson and Riggs; the gate will allow shoppers inside starting at 7:30 AM
– Large furniture pickups may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours
– Delivery is available for a fee
– We are required to collect a 6.3% transaction privilege tax
– We accept cash, cards, and Apple Pay
