Estate Sale Rita Ranch 500+ New Items! Fri 30% off, Sat 40% off, Sun 50% off (Rita rd./Nexus)

This estate sale has over 2,700 items in it, including 500+ new items for sale (most of them from our storage ) that nobody has seen before, since our last estate sale in February. While we didn't ever really have "high" prices, but instead moderate/average prices compared to other estate sales, 85%+ of all prices on existing items have been lowered! You will notice this and you can see them from the pictures even on this listing. While this is not the first estate sale at this address, it is the final sale because we are putting the house up on the market in around late October. We would have cleared the house before maybe, but we believe because of our location in Rita Ranch (which really is only about a 10-15 minute extra drive maybe for most people ) that gets less traffic, plus we don't have a loyal client following like some of the major estate sale companies have in Tucson

The 500+ items, to be fair, most of them are in the $1 to $5 each category, but there are also plenty of items above that amount (in the $6 to $75 range ) as well. Please see photos.

The following is what we have up for sale:

*Furniture: an antique,1920s, 11 piece dining suite from Austria (dining room table that can seat up to eight people, one leaf, six chairs, wine cabinet, china cabinet, and buffet ). Antique, 1890s hand carved wall mirror with small damage Comfortable recliner at a very reasonable price, coffee tables, other miscellaneous furniture, and folding and non-folding tables (these display tables will be available late Sunday afternoon at a very reasonable price ).

*Artwork: we have over 50 pieces of nice, wall art remaining, with 8 of them being original oil, watercolor, acrylic/gouache, or wall hangings.

*Silverplate: we have about a dozen of these items left for sale at very reasonable prices (some nice pieces. )

*Women's clothes and shoes: stock up for your fall and winter clothes right here with plenty of ladies jackets and sweaters!! Sizes between 8 and 16 on the tops, and then between sizes 12 and 18 for the bottoms/ladies pants. We have a few men's shirts and pants as well, sizes L and XL. We still have over 50 pairs of women's shoes, many of them being vintage designer shoes, generally size 8 to 9.5.

*Collectibles: there are many knick knacks and collectible items all around the house. Most of these are between the 1940s and 1980s and there is not one major category maybe that stands out (but just collectibles here and there )

*Christmas: it is hard to believe maybe, but the Holiday Season is less than 2 months away! We have a LARGE Christmas section of both vintage and contemporary Christmas items, ranging from ornaments, a small, decorated Christmas tree, angel deco, Christmas wrapping paper, bows, small boxes, and other miscellaneous Christmas items. We also have a small Thanksgiving section right next to it. Small sections of Halloween and Easter also are on the back porch

Children's: we still have plenty of children's books left! (and have really lowered the price on these), a few adult and children's board games, and a collection of small, children's toys

Women's handbags and purses: maybe about 30 of these left (a few of them being leather), all at reasonable prices

Office supplies: we still have plenty of smaller office supplies left, some of them being vintage

Electronics: these items, in general, need new batteries, as either the old batteries have worn out or the items currently do not have batteries in them. But the ones that have cords we have tested , for the most part, and have indicated whether they power on or not on the tag. Several of these are vintage.

Jewelry: we have maybe around 100 jewelry items remaining, many of them being vintage 1950s to 1980s, all at reasonable prices. No major pieces....but a lot of nice necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and earrings

Kitchen items: we have plenty of pots and pans, dishes, cups, a Cuisinart coffee maker, and other misc. kitchen supplies, all at very reasonable prices

Music books: around 140 larger sheet music and instructional music books, covering the piano, organ, violin, clarinet, recorders, and vocal. We also have plenty of vintage, 1927-1975 smaller sheet music available at a very reasonable price!

Books: we still have over 200 books remaining, most of them being non-fiction, both hardcover and paperback

Men's and Ladies Athletic shoes: most of these are Nike and many are vintage from the '90s to early 2000s-2010s

Golf Items: we have a set of vintage irons, other vintage and contemporary woods/irons and putters, bags of golf balls, two pairs of golf shoes, and misc. golfing accessories

Clear and Colored Glass: several of these pieces are remaining, including Pyrex, all at very reasonable prices

Cacti: a few potted, Agave cacti plants for sale

Rugs: maybe around 12 of these left, 4 of them being Oriental rugs

China: a nice little selection of Haviland and a few other major brands

Antique books: we still have a few of these left, all at reasonable prices

CDs, DVDs, VHS, 78 records a good selection of over 150 CDs, 60 DVDs and over 30, 78 records (the 78s, most of them are from maybe 1908 to 1940 )

Bathroom items: we still have a nice selection of these (especially compression socks and caregiver items at low prices ), knee and elbow wraps, and small, handy bathroom accessories
