Welcome to the official bidding platform for Grasons of Southern Arizona. Our auctions feature a variety of items published from our office and storage location. Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax
An 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all checkout totals, in addition to 8.7% Arizona state and local sales tax, as required by law.
Bidding Agreement
By placing a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the lot or lots you have bid on. Failure to honor bids or submit payment within the required timeframe will result in your bidding privileges being revoked from our platform. The card on file will automatically be charged when the auction concludes. In the case of a declined payment, the customer will be contacted for an alternative form of payment.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately after the auction closes. All sales are final, and payment must be received before pickup or shipping. Winning bidders will have their credit card on file automatically charged if they are the highest bidder at auction close. Failure to pay within 2 days, or failure to communicate with us, may result in your lot being forfeited or subject to a $5 per day storage fee until resolved. After 5 days of unresolved payment, your lot will be considered forfeited and may be re-offered.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is now fulfilled by Spanish Trail Mail Depot in Tucson, Arizona. Shipping can become and expensive endeavor. Please be mindful that labor, packing materials, etc. will be charged to the winning bidder by our outsourced company. Customers may arrange third-party shipping by another company but must notify us and coordinate within 2 business days after auction close. We will facilitate handoff to the third-party shipper, but all costs and logistics remain the customer’s responsibility. Shipments may take several days or weeks depending on order volume and scheduling.
Shipping Terms & Forfeiture Policy
If you request shipping, you are responsible for all related costs including labor, packaging, and label expenses. Declining to pay shipping charges means forfeiting your lot with no refund. If we are unable to contact a buyer for 14 days after three attempts, the lot is considered forfeited without refund.
Local Pickup Policy
You must pay in full before pickup, information regarding local pick up is sent to winning bidders along with their invoice. Please bring your own boxes, wrapping materials, and loading help. Our team can assist with loading for a fee starting at $10 depending on item size and quantity.
Missed Pickup Policy
In-state buyers who fail to appear for their scheduled pickup will incur a $50 holding fee added to their balance. If pickup is not completed within 7 days of the original date, the item will be forfeited without refund.
Refund & Return Policy
We aim for accurate descriptions and note visible damage, wear, or flaws to the best of our ability. Measurements are approximate. All sales are final. Refund requests will be denied if the item’s condition was described or clearly photographed. We do not guarantee the working condition of electronics or mechanical items unless explicitly stated. Upon request, we may test certain items. We cannot and do not verify the authenticity for all items, unless specifically stated in the lot description. If you are concerned that an item is inauthentic, please refrain from bidding.
Invoicing
Invoices include the 18% Buyer’s Premium, 8.7% Sales Tax (AZ), and any applicable shipping or handling charges. Items cannot be picked up or shipped until the invoice is paid in full.

Numbers are handed out on the first day, SATURDAY 6:30am. Limit 2 numbers per person. You must be in line at 6:30 to receive your number. Shoppers will be called into the home at 7:00am in numerical order.
PLEASE NOTE: Many people ask if we accept markers, we do not police or supervise markers. However, we do not have an issue with people using them. This is between the customers waiting in line. We hand out numbers half hour before the sale starts. You must be by your marker at that time if you are not, we will move past you to the people that are standing in line.
