Sales tax will be charged at checkout.

We cannot help you load. Once you pay for your items it is your responsibility to get it to your car. Bring boxes, or tape or furniture movers or a truck if needed. Once you buy it, it is your responsibility from there on.

Please....No Large Bags or Backpacks.

California Treasures or property owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries on or off the premises.

Please carefully inspect all items before buying. Test any electronics, make sure large items can fit in your vehicle or you are able to transport the item BEFORE you buy it. Once you pay for the item, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! There are no exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No exceptions.

We do not have restrooms for your personal use. Plan accordingly.

Obey all posted signs. Zero tolerance on stealing.

Have respect and remember you are in someone's home.

We research and price all items to the best of our ability. We can not negotiate our prices. It isn't fair to our customers. If you aren't willing to pay the tag amount, most items are discounted 25% to 50% and we have even gone as far as 75% in the final hours of the sale. We even have bidding sheets you can make an offer on items that don't sell that we consider after the sale closes.

Our company is currently not requiring that you wear masks. No one on our team has COVID nor to their knowledge has been exposed within the last two weeks.
