We charge sales tax at all of our events. Sales tax for Los Angeles is 10.25%
Large bags, purses and boxes prohibited due to loss prevention. Clear plastic bags and see through plastic crates accepted. We provide hold tables for your convenience.
This estate sale will take place on the second floor of an apartment building complex with a steep staircase and no elevator. Please take precautions and be respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Do not park inside the apartment complex or you will risk having your car towed.
Nostalgia Estate Sales (NES) and its Client are not responsible for any personal injuries or damages that may occur on their private property during the estate sale event. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and release NES and its Client from any and all claims or damages arising from such participation. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the provenance, merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their personal property. NES and its Client are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Attendees are responsible for breakage. Estate sale attendees entering any restricted areas will earn an immediate expulsion from the premises. Bullying or harassment of neighbors, other guests or staff will also result in expulsion.
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds allowed. Please buy with confidence and check your merchandise before leaving the premises.
Attendees are responsible for arranging transport and provide extra helpers to move large items. Please schedule pick up time with NES staff if you need assistance. Furniture not picked up by end of the last day will be considered unclaimed and resold. No refunds.
