- All purchases to be removed by the buyer, (providing their own labor to disassemble, carry, pack, and load) on the day of the sale or by the pre-arranged, agreed upon pickup time. Our staff is here to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer order in what is sometimes a sea of chaos. Please consider any physical labor they provide to be outside of the scope of their job and should be appropriately compensated by the buyer. Some heavier items may be strictly limited to ‘you move’ and will generally be marked as such.
-A note on paid items not picked up or left behind: we hope to be an accommodating and helpful partner to our clients and customers alike, so we’re happy to make arrangements for pickup of larger items or hold on to things you may have forgotten. However, we are unable to hold on things for much longer than the advertised duration of the sale. If you left something behind, forgot about an item, or are having trouble making arrangements for pickup please communicate with us as soon as possible. Call or Text (most efficient during sale hours) (559) 216-9586. Items left beyond the agreed upon pickup day/time will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

Join us in Auberry for a fun-filled cabin sale! There’s a W I D E variety of items all throughout the estate – tools, musical instruments, audiophile interests, vinyl records, original artworks, MCM furniture, outdoorsy/adventure items, seasoned firewood, welding/torch items, carved wood bears, and so much more!
There are a couple of different ways to approach the property, varying by just a few minutes. If you come up Auberry Road it’s a touch shorter but more tight curves, however if you take the 4 lane and come back down to the property it’s a few minutes longer but a less curvy ride. Both drives are easy and beautiful, so it doesn’t matter how you get here, just get here!
SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROPERTY
TERRAIN: There are stairs and some uneven ground to traverse around the property. It is also spring and with warmer temps that means more nature in our nature. Watch your step, where you reach, and what you’re grabbing. We saw some healthy bugs and spiders, but nothing beyond that – however – be aware and use good ol’ common sense.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA LINE RULES: As usual – once you take your place in line you must remain in your car/be present while waiting for the sale to open. Leaving the area means losing your spot in line, so stick around. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
PARKING: MOUNTAIN CHALLENGES – You know, narrow roads, shared driveways, gravel. PLEASE be mindful of where you park! Do not block roads or driveways.
