No large purses will be allowed in the business - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co of Coachella Valley and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the business. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. This is a gated community and you must get on the gate list & text me the name of the person driving no later than 5:30 pm Thursday 10/23 or you the guard will not let you enter. Phone # (909) 488-2443. Enter guard gate 1 off Sun Lakes Blvd & Country Club Drive. 8:00am is earliest you can enter, the sale starts at 8:30 am.

WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES BEFORE THE SALE: We work on multiple homes at the same time and correctly quoting prices is almost impossible.
