ITEMS ARE SOLD IRL (NO ONLINE SALES) ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. SOME ITEMS IN PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MAY HAVE ALREADY SOLD WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

Our subscribers receive the address at 8:00am via email invitation, an hour before we reveal it to the public at 9:00am, The address is revealed to the public via estatesales.net and our IG feed at 9:00am. Head to the main page of our website to become a subscriber. This is for enthusiastic buyers who wish to be among the first inside. Otherwise come whenever.

In an attempt to keep the opening of the sale more orderly, we have implemented a new ticketing system for shoppers. (Tickets are free).

We admit shoppers in numerical order.

If you don't care about being among the first inside, you can come anytime and grab a ticket. Tickets don't "sell out" and they are free. It's just a means of peacefully organizing the line.

Here’s how it works…

We will be outside when the address is revealed to our subscribers on Saturday at 8:00am (and each subsequent sale day). The address is revealed to the public at 9am via our Instagram feed and estatesales.net. Shoppers who wish to be among the first inside may want to come to the location to get an entry ticket at that early hour, then go get coffee. This is only for shoppers who wish to be among the first inside.

Security begins lining people up in numerical ticket order / you can get yourself in line airline-style starting at 9:30am for 10am opening. It takes some time to get people in order, so we ask for your patience as we get everyone in their proper place in the line. As long as you arrive before your ticket number is called to enter the sale, we will get you in your proper place in the line. THERE ARE NO PURSES, BAGS, BOXES, STROLLERS, PET OR BABY CARRIERS PERMITTED INSIDE.

*WE ADMITE SHIOPPERS IN NUMERICAL TICKET ORDER. You must be present when your number is called to enter the sale. If you arrive after your number is called to enter the sale, you’ll have to get in the back of the line.*

If you don’t care about being among the first inside, come anytime between 10am and 3:30pm to grab a ticket.

Last entry is 3:30pm for a 4pm close.

**Please inspect your treasures before you buy them. All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.**
All attendees are required to sign a waiver before entering the sale.

All purchases must be removed from the premises by 4pm each day unless otherwise arranged with the owner of the company. Handled, Download the LUGG app to order a mover within an hour.

In accordance with California law, we collect 9.75% sales tax unless a valid resale permit is presented.

We take cash, card, Apple Pay.

Please read and obey parking signs, do not block driveways.

We start with 25 shoppers and add in more about five to ten at a time depending on how the crowd fans out. Smaller rooms will permit a limited number of shoppers at a time. By entering the premises you acknowledge you are entering by your own accord and understand the risks involved and agree to hold Handled and homeowners harmless. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. NEITHER THE HOMER OWNER NOR HANDLED ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES ON THE PREMISES.

ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. PLEASE INSPECT, RESEARCH AND MEASURE PRIOR TO PURCHASE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases from the premises each day unless otherwise arranged with the owner of Handled. We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you. We cannot move or deliver furniture for you, not even to your car. For security purposes, there is a working video camera recording transactions at the sale.

ABSOLUTELY NO PURSES, BAGS, PLEASE LEAVE IN YOUR CAR. WE CANNOT HOLD THEM FOR YOU FOR SAFETY REASONS. THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING. Also, no beverages, no pets (except service animals) permitted on the premises. Please understand you will be sent back to your vehicle to store your purse or bag or pet or beverage. There are multiple video cameras on the premises recording all activity. Cash and credit cards accepted. We are required to collect sales tax of 9.75% unless you have proof of resale license. Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases prior to end of sale. Bring tools and help to dismantle and load large items. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be buyer's responsibility. Neither the owner of the home nor Handled (the estate sale company) are responsible for any personal injury.
