Mooncrest Estate Sales - Terms & Guidelines:

- Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, and tap-to-pay only.

- Parking: Join us in Bonita for a practical estate sale featuring a solid mix of home essentials and garage gear.
You’ll find a variety of furniture pieces, fitness equipment, and everyday household items—perfect for anyone looking to furnish a space or score some functional finds.Please be considerate by not blocking driveways, and note any posted parking restrictions. Parking is limited. Please avoid red zones directly near the house. Guests should park in designated visitor spots or down the hill. The driveway will be available for large item loading only—thanks for helping us keep things smooth for everyone!

- Purchasing:

- Our team will issue official sold stickers for purchased items. Payment is required before sold sticker is issued or item can be loaded.

- Kindly refrain from hoarding multiple items to review later, as this takes items off the sales floor and may prevent others from buying.

- All sales are final, and items are sold in their current condition without guarantees or returns. Please inspect carefully before purchase, especially electronics.

- Pricing & Discounts: Prices are non-negotiable on the first day of the sale. Discount information for subsequent days will be posted.

- Large Items: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help for moving and loading large or heavy items. Pick-ups must be completed before the sale ends on the final day unless arranged otherwise.

- Safety & Responsibility: While on the property, please exercise caution. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur.

- Sale Start:

- Doors open at the scheduled time. There will be no early access.

- First Entry numbers will be distributed one hour before the sale starts. Please note we do not recognize third-party sign-up sheets.

- Courtesy Rules:

- If you decide not to purchase an item, please return it to its original location or ask for assistance.

- No food, drinks, or large bags are permitted inside. We offer shopping baskets for your convenience.

- Please respect the property and surrounding neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, and dispose of trash appropriately.

- No Pre-Sales: We do not provide pricing or sell items before the sale officially begins.
