By placing a bid, online participants confirm that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bidders further agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All auctions are conducted in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
Descriptions, condition reports, and representations of lots are provided solely as a general guide and should not be relied upon as factual statements. All items are offered as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties regarding age, condition, authenticity, or description. The lack of a condition report does not imply that a lot is free from defects, damage, wear, or other imperfections.
By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that no warranties or representations of any kind are made with respect to any lot. The auctioneer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse any bid and to withdraw, pass, or reoffer any lot. In the event of identical absentee bids, priority will be given to the bid received first, as determined by the auctioneer.
The successful bidder, as determined by the auction house, is responsible for payment of the hammer price, buyer?s premium, and any applicable sales tax. Title to purchased items will not transfer to the buyer until full payment has been received and cleared by the auction house.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, lots may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt by contacting Inspired Auction. Shipping charges are not subject to refund.
Buyers are required to arrange removal of purchased lots within ten (10) days of the auction. Items not removed within this period may incur a storage fee of $3 per lot, per day. The auction house reserves the right to relist and resell any lot for which accrued storage fees exceed the combined hammer price and buyer?s premium.
Inspired Auction does provide in-house shipping for domestic purchases. Shipping charges will be included on all domestic invoices. If you would like to work with a 3rd party provider please notify Inspired Auction.
