We accept Cash, Venmo and Zelle only. No credit cards will be accepted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of estate sales, no refunds or exchanges will be given. All items are sold AS-IS. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

LOADING POLICY
You must bring your own help to lift and load large or heavy items. Staff is unable to assist. All purchased items must be removed before the end of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.

ENTRY DISCLAIMER
By entering the sale, you agree to enter at your own risk. Heritage Home Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on the premises.

DOORS OPEN AT POSTED TIME
Early entry is not permitted. Please be courteous and wait until the doors open.

ITEM HANDLING POLICY
If you pick up an item and decide not to purchase it, please return it to its original location. If you break or damage an item, you are financially responsible for it.

PROPERTY RULES

No food, drinks, or pets are allowed inside the home.

No public restrooms will be available.

Do not block neighbor driveways or mailboxes. Park responsibly.

Be respectful to the home, staff, neighbors, and fellow shoppers.

SECURITY & MONITORING
Premises may be monitored by security cameras. By entering, you consent to video and photo surveillance.
