• CASH Only. All sales are Final, and no exchanges. All items are sold “AS IS” and with no guarantees or warranties.
• Please do not block driveways and be respectful to neighbors, property owners and TIDYUP TRANSITIONS staff. No Driveway Parking.
• No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest.
• TIDYUP TRANSITIONS and the property owner(s) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring inside or outside the premises.
• Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting. This is a private home, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. TIDYUP TRANSITIONS staff will not help in the moving/loading of your items. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home or property.
• No purses empty bags only!
• Please bring your own empty bags/boxes/paper wrap for your purchases.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase
• Hold tables available for reserved items while you shop
