NOTE: VALUABLES WILL BE KEPT OFF-SITE UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE SALE AND REMOVED EACH DAY AT END OF SALE.

Homeowner occupied. Do not disturb our clients outside of business hours or during the day. Client will be present during sale. Please be respectful. All valuables will be removed from the house each night. Staff cannot lift heavy items, so please bring someone if you need help moving large or heavy items. Thank you.

Doors will open promptly at 9am on Sale days.

There will be only one entrance and exit so please be careful and mindful of others. No Patio Access
Security onsite.
No large purses, bags or backpacks will be permitted.
Although we do love children we cannot allow any strollers inside the home, if you do decide to bring your 'lil' ones along we ask that you please keep them with you at all times.
Absolutely no pets allowed.
Bring your own bags and boxes please. Some will be available . Remember, you will have to move any large items, at your own risk. Bring help and trucks if need be. Thank you.
